SAFETY FIRST!  We take the health and safety of our instructors and students extremely seriously.  Our teaching staff has all been vaccinated.  We will continue socially distant spaces, mat cleaning and deep cleaning as well as closed lobby for this season.  We offer virtual Zoom viewing at all times.  For those who prefer, we also offer a virtual live class option during the scheduled class times at a discounted rate.   Class sizes are limited and will be closed once they are filled to capacity.  Please register to ensure your spot is reserved!
